Our products are shipped cold, not frozen, with Ice packets and Dry Ice added before shipping. They are good for up to 3 days shipping. For deliveries outside the 3 day delivery area you HAVE TO CHOOSE AIR SHIPPING options. We will not ship to Florida or California Ground - your order will be canceled and refunded.
